A short Arabic poem tells the story of a raindrop which, falling into the sea, cried out, "Oh, sea, how insignificant I am next to your immensity!"
Later into the ocean, the raindrop was absorbed by a shell. It turned into a splendid pearl who ended up shining brightly on the crown of a king. Talked about, living in the minds of people, admired and unique—all for having affirmed its insignificance.
